We've been getting a lot on inquiries on franchising/partnership opportunities and it got us interested in putting more effort in the business.

I've been a reader of this great food blog site Dencio.com when i saw his series on the search for the best tapsilog in town. We invited him over to our small and humble place. It's nothing compared to the other food places he's been at but we've decided to give it a try and invited him. to give him a taste of home grown Tapsilog we used to eat since we were young.

Thank you for the good review of our place. Yep, i told my mom that when she sees someone eating with a camera with him, that's gonna be the one we invited to the place. She was actually very nervous when she saw someone taking pictures of the food she just served. Sorry that we spoiled your plan to dine unnoticed. My mom got excited and told everyone that someone she's not familiar with who was eating and taking pictures. Ha Ha Ha

The most delicious free soup? :) We agree and we are proud that it's one of the reasons people flock the place.

Also, thank you for the comment on the sizzling plate. We are now serving our sisig more "sizzling"...

That camera takes great looking pictures and it made our food more appetizing. We should've served them with everything on the menu so we can then wait the pics from the site and change the pictures in our menu. He He He

My mom and the family was so happy or should i say relieved with the review.

We are still trying to raise funds but when we get that first commercial store up, we'll surely invite Dencio again.

New menu and flyer

We have new offerings in our menu. We added Sizzling Sisig and Malingsilog. The sizzling sisig became an instant hit to the people especially at night when people are drinking. Of course, our Tapsilog is still the best seller. We also started delivering to nearby commercial establishments. We now have customers visiting us through word of mouth and most of them are from other subdivisions.

We are trying to get the market of the tricycle drivers because there are a LOT of them. We already gave out flyers with promo (free extra rice) but it didn't turned out as what we've expected. Hmm... i wonder how can we get that market segment.. Need to think of other ways to get their business..

We are really getting good feedbacks from our patrons and it's making us feel that we can achieve more.

We think it's time to get out of the small place inside our subdivision and open up a bigger one. we are still trying to get fundings to open up a bigger store.

We are also trying to sell one investment we had to come up with the money needed to put up a bigger Tapsilogan in a commercial space with high footprint especially in the evening. Something with a parking lot too for customers with vehicles.

Laidz Tapsilogan's Friends

The Tapsilogan business has been running for over a month now. It's starting to pick up and we're starting to have regular patrons.

Our Tapsilog, Porksilog, Longsilog and Tuyo fried Rice are the bestsellers.. We will add Malingsilog to our menu.. was able to get a picture today.. will post the pic this week..

We are uploading pictures of our regular customers eating. We might print them and post them at the dining area so they will see their faces when they come back and eat.. :)
